At Firetoys EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aerial and circus equipment. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Firetoys EU account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original tags and safety instructions are included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point; please retain your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the returned equipment for safety compliance and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
